Presenters are invited to submit abstracts to the Secretary of the Technical Commitee.
The abstract should
- Written in English with less than 250 words
- Contain following information:
- title of paper (capitals, bold,and centered)
- name of author(s)
- essential information and main conclusions
- 5 keywords
- footnote with author(s) academic degrees, professional titles, affiliations, mailing addresses, telephone number, facsimile number and email address
- Use New Times Roman (12 point) with single-spaced
- Margin of 3 cm on all four sides of A4 paper, fully justified

The format for the extended abstract will be sent with the letter of acceptance. The technical Commitee reserves the right to reject any paper. |
POSTER PRESENTATION Poster should be in a potrait size of 18 x 28 inches and readable at a distance of 1 meter
GUIDELINE FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
- All poster presenters MUST register for the seminar and must pay the required fees BEFORE the seminar. Follow the instructions and payment procedures at the NFTS 2020 website: http://nfts.mardi.gov.my
- Format of poster prepared for upload at the website must follow the following:
- Size: Standard A4 (portrait)
- Format: Save into high-resolution PDF (it is advisable to use either Power Point or Adobe Illustrator to create the artwork before saving into PDF)
- Total file size: Less than 25MB
- Each poster must include the following information: Title of paper, name of author(s), affiliation, introduction, methodology, results and discussion and conclusions. Place a photograph of the presenting author, at the top right hand corner of the poster.
- Please submit the final poster in PDF format to technical committee (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) by Wednesday, 3rd March 2021 to enable us to upload in the website according to your assigned categories. The listing of posters, abstracts and PDF of poster will be ready by 6th March 2021.
- The best posters prepared shall be awarded cash prizes and a certificate. A panel of judges shall be elected to select the winning posters.
- The judging of posters will take place on 7th – 9th March 2021 and the announcement of winners will be made on the last day of the seminar during the closing ceremony (10th March 2021).
- Please check out any seminar updates, including the opening ceremony and scientific programme on the seminar website indicated above. NO FURTHER INDIVIDUAL EMAILS SHALL BE SENT TO PARTICIPANTS.
